Water is one of the most damaging and common causes of structural decay in buildings. When unwanted water and condensation are present the outcome can be:

This in turn creates the perfect environment for the growth of fungi and the spread of wood destroying insects.

At Team Force we can advise you on and implement a course of remedial action, we are specialists in remedial damp and timber treatment. We are skilled in the use of traditional techniques, including the use of lime mortar in re pointing externally and re plastering internally.
