Team Force Training
At Team Force we take serious consideration of our training, whether it is upskilling the existing work force or taking on an apprentice.
Team Force has a continuous yearly training program that not only provides training in stone masonry, lime mortar repair work etc, and roofing skills, but also in health and safety. In 2007 which was our first entry we were awarded a bronze certificate for Health and Safety from the NFRC, this was in the best newcomer category and we still maintain this high standard today.
We also run training courses ourselves and taster days throughout the year, passing on our knowledge to others who may be interested.
Team Force Director, Brendan Teasdale has also taken up the position of Masonry Tutor at The Orton Trust after six years of being a student and being nominated for student of the year in 2008.
